Customer agrees that by providing Kubus Photo Service with their email address and/or phone number, Kubus Photo Service may use this data to communicate with and/or market to the customer.

By providing your mobile phone number to Kubus Photo Service, you agree to receive text messages from us related to order status, promotions, new features, and occasional updates.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Customer understands and accepts that Kubus Photo Service is not liable for any loss, damage, or unforeseen incidents that may occur to the film while it is in the lab's possession or during the processing period.

Customer acknowledges that orders delivered via email will expire 30 days from the date of delivery. Kubus Photo Service is not responsible for preserving or archiving digital copies of orders beyond this timeframe. It is the customer's responsibility to download and store their digital files within the specified period.

All film negatives or any prints left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be disposed of by Kubus Photo Service. Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to collect their film negatives promptly to avoid disposal. Kubus Photo Service is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the disposal of unclaimed film negatives. No refunds will be given for disposed prints or negatives.

Variations in film condition, exposure, and other factors may impact the final outcome of film development, scanning, or prints. The customer acknowledges that slight variations in color, contrast, or sharpness may occur during the development process.

Customers affirm that they have the legal right to reproduce any images submitted for processing. Kubus Photo Service is not responsible for any copyright infringement issues arising from the reproduction of submitted images.

Kubus Photo Service employs reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of customer data. However, the customer acknowledges Kubus Photo Service is not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of customer information due to malicious data breaches or hacks.

Kubus Photo Service uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on site, and general device and browser information using first-party cookies. This data is used to improve our website experience and is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

When you place an order, we may share hashed (encrypted, non-readable) versions of information you provide — such as your email address, name, and shipping address — with Google for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our services and improving your experience. This data cannot be used by Google to personally identify you and is used solely for analytics and measurement purposes.

We may also use third-party tools such as Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement and optimization. These tools may collect anonymized data about your interactions with our website.

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You may also adjust your cookie preferences in your browser settings.

By using our website and placing orders, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in this section.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Kubus Photo Service is not liable for any delays, misunderstandings, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete customer contact details.

Any negatives photographed half-frame which are submitted for printing and/or scanning will default to being scanned 1:1, meaning each half frame will be printed and/or scanned individually. Customer must inform staff if any rolls are half-frame otherwise order delays can be expected.

In the event that a customer's developed negative is overexposed or blank, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are still responsible for the cost of the developing service provided by Kubus Photo Service.

The customer understands that the cost associated with the film development service covers the resources, labor, and processing involved, irrespective of the outcome of the developed negative.

All orders must be paid in full at time of order placement. All sales are final. No refunds on any orders or purchases.

Customers explicitly requesting "US Passport" or "American Passport" photos will automatically receive two (2) photos in the standard 2"x2" size. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and clear information about their photo requirements.

In the event that customers use the terms "US Passport" or "American Passport" interchangeably for a document other than an official U.S. passport, the lab is not responsible for any discrepancies in photo requirements for that document. This includes, but is not limited to, size, background color, quantity of photos, or other specifications.
