Mail-In Film Developing FAQ

How long does mail-in film developing take?
Standard turnaround is 4-5 business days after we receive your film. Rush processing is available for same-day delivery of scans. During busy seasons, turnaround may extend to 7 business days.
How do I ship my film to you?
After placing your order online, you can print a prepaid shipping label (free on orders of 4+ rolls). Pack your film securely and drop it at any USPS location. We recommend using a padded envelope or small box.
Is shipping to your lab free?
Yes! Shipping to our lab is free when you send 4 or more rolls. For orders under 4 rolls, you can still use our shipping label or ship on your own.
What film types do you process?
We process 35mm and 120 format film in both C-41 color and black & white. We also welcome disposable cameras! E-6 slide film can be cross processed in C-41 chemistry.
How do I receive my scans?
Your high-resolution scans are delivered digitally via a secure download link sent to your email. Links remain active for 30 days. We scan on professional Noritsu HS-1800 equipment at up to 30.4MP.
Can I get my negatives back?
Yes! Return shipping for negatives and prints is available at checkout. Select your preferred shipping speed and we will mail everything back once processing is complete.
